In his role as analyst, he spearheaded operational and strategic planning initiatives that led to significant increases in profitability across a portfolio of real estate assets worth more than one billion dollars. Chase was born and raised right here in San Diego, CA, growing up just inland of the pacific ocean, in the community of 4s Ranch. Chase attended Lesley University in Cambridge, MA, receiving his Bachelors in Business Management with a minor in Psychology. Chase is currently enrolled at the University of Saint Katherine in San Marcos, CA and is on track to receive his Masters in Organizational Leadership. Chase has a genuine and empathetic approach to real estate, taking into account people’s needs and focuses intently on providing the best results possible. Chase is guided by his methodical approach to strategic planning and problem solving, as well as his obsession with self-improvement, and always striving to be the best version of himself. At Lesley University Chase played Basketball, leading his team in scoring during his final two seasons. Chase is an avid reader, with his favorite genres being self-help, fiction, and non-fiction writing. He spends his free time up and down coastal San Diego, with his favorite hangout spots being dog beach in Del Mar, Tower 32 at Carlsbad State Beach, and Solana Beach.

Before starting her career in real estate, Beth studied Business Economics at UC San Diego. In addition to this, she holds an associate degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and management. Beth grew up speaking Spanish with her family and is completely fluent on a speaking, reading, and writing level. In her free time, Beth loves to play tennis, golf, cook, and spend time with her family.

He co-founded and financed several start-up companies in the US and Europe after earning his Master’s of Science in Management from prestigious Leipzig Graduate School of Management – HHL in Germany. Marcel lives with his family in San Diego County and enjoys horseback riding, a great glass of wine, a good book and a stimulating conversion. As an active real estate investor locally and abroad, Marcel is passionate about helping fellow entrepreneurs, relocation clients, and investors build wealth through real estate ownership.
