Greg Robertson, managing broker of Class Realty Group, boasts a distinguished academic and long-running professional background. Before pursing a career in real estate, Greg earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and an MBA from San Diego State University. After completing his undergraduate and graduate studies, Greg worked in the finance and acquisitions department for one of the most reputable Senior Housing companies in the nation, Senior Resource Group. In his role as analyst, he spearheaded operational and strategic planning initiatives that led to significant increases in profitability across a portfolio of real estate assets worth more than one billion dollars. Greg Robertson’s technical prowess and sophisticated commercial real estate experience provides Class Realty Group clients with best-in-class analytics, market knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to providing the most optimal and strategic financial recommendations to clients purchasing or selling property.

With generations of land developers comprising his family tree and years of luxury customer service under his belt, it seems Blaine has been groomed for the Class Realty Group team all his life. Blaine is a newly licensed realtor whose time growing up and working in Orange County has afforded him invaluable connections and insights into the disparate communities of which it is comprised. With his diverse skill set and breadth of knowledge in Southern California Real Estate, Blaine offers individuals assurance that he will relentlessly continue to work until he until he finds his clients exactly what they need.
Chase was born and raised right here in San Diego, CA, growing up just inland of the pacific ocean, in the community of 4s Ranch. Chase attended Lesley University in Cambridge, MA, receiving his Bachelors in Business Management with a minor in Psychology. Chase is currently enrolled at the University of Saint Katherine in San Marcos, CA and is on track to receive his Masters in Organizational Leadership. Chase has a genuine and empathetic approach to real estate, taking into account people’s needs and focuses intently on providing the best results possible. Chase is guided by his methodical approach to strategic planning and problem solving, as well as his obsession with self-improvement, and always striving to be the best version of himself. At Lesley University Chase played Basketball, leading his team in scoring during his final two seasons. Chase is an avid reader, with his favorite genres being self-help, fiction, and non-fiction writing. He spends his free time up and down coastal San Diego, with his favorite hangout spots being dog beach in Del Mar, Tower 32 at Carlsbad State Beach, and Solana Beach.
Beth Sanchez, an up-and-coming agent, began her career in real estate due to her passion for helping people. Beth’s favorite aspect of being a real estate agent is connecting on a personal level with her clients. Creating meaningful connections with her clients allows her to navigate each transaction with a personalized approach. She believes, understanding the needs of her client is the best way to reach a desirable outcome for all parties. Beth’s warm and open nature combined with her intricate strategy is guaranteed to yield positive results at all stages of the home buying process.
Before starting her career in real estate, Beth studied Business Economics at UC San Diego. In addition to this, she holds an associate degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and management. Beth grew up speaking Spanish with her family and is completely fluent on a speaking, reading, and writing level. In her free time, Beth loves to play tennis, golf, cook, and spend time with her family.
Megan began her career in real estate helping friends and family navigate their way through a tumultuous Southern California marketplace. Exceptional at identifying their needs and providing personalized service, Megan now prides herself on extending that same standard of service to all of her clients. Megan entered the field of real estate after working as an educational psychologist in the public school system. Her previous career experience within the community allowed her to build a nuanced understanding of Orange County neighborhoods that has been invaluable to her clients seeking their perfect home. Whether selling or buying, clients will receive attention to detail, knowledge, and dedication beyond expectations.
Marcel joins Class Realty Group as a successful entrepreneur with a highly analytical mindset, great negotiation skills, and executive level communication experience. He co-founded and financed several start-up companies in the US and Europe after earning his Master’s of Science in Management from prestigious Leipzig Graduate School of Management – HHL in Germany. Marcel lives with his family in San Diego County and enjoys horseback riding, a great glass of wine, a good book and a stimulating conversion. As an active real estate investor locally and abroad, Marcel is passionate about helping fellow entrepreneurs, relocation clients, and investors build wealth through real estate ownership.
