The conference draws hundreds of active Seniors from the around the north San Diego County area looking for tips and tricks to remain healthy while in their golden years. Additionally, Terrie Litwin, the fabulous Executive Director of the Rancho Santa Fe Senior Center has pulled in some incredible speakers.
