In addition to the formal program, local seniors in attendance will be encouraged to walk around and visit with service providers and other local companies delivering valuable resources to seniors throughout San Diego County. We will have representatives in attendance to help educate seniors on Senior Housing options while living in San Diego. Additionally, we can provide necessary insights into the north county residential real estate market.
Frequently, seniors must figure out how to monetize their real estate assets prior to making the move to a more service enriched senior housing community. We specialize in dissecting all options available to ensure a smooth transition. For younger more independent seniors in Encinitas, Solana Beach, Rancho Santa Fe, and the surrounding areas- we’re happy to discuss some special tax advantages that downsizing older homeowners enjoy. We consider our real estate expertise in both residential and senior housing an invaluable resource to aging-seniors and their families.
Please reach out to us directly if you have any questions about the Healthy Aging Conference. In addition, if you are seeking advice yourself or a loved one, contact us today. We hope to see you Friday!
